My Co Director and I set up CD Engineering Services Ltd in March 2008.

I was previously employed by NG Bailey as a site engineer in 2003, based at the Wynyard operating unit. Further to carrying out a number of prestigious projects, such as Teesside Press Facility and TNEY NHS Fastrack project, within the North East, I then progressed to the level of Project Manager.

I have had previous experience within the electrical and mechanical engineering field since leaving school in 1993 with EVE Graham/Jackson EVE and SES.

From a 4 year electrical apprenticeship to electrician to estimator up to project management, I have been involved with electrical engineering for the last 14 years.

My role within the company is to oversee the operations side of the company and ensure that we deliver a quality and safe project which meets the customer's satisfaction.

I joined NG Bailey in 1995 from Bailey Maintenance and progressed through all the various departments via the corporate management training programme to the position of Contracts Manager.

Prior to my role as Contracts Manager, I was an office and site based Project Manager handling numerous projects from concept/ tender to contract completion.

As Contracts Manager, I was responsible for the management of a 12 strong team, which generated approximately £15 million a year, completing projects from concept brief or outline to completion.

From a 4 year electrical apprenticeship to electrician up to project management, I have been involved with electrical engineering for the last 20 years.

My role within the company is to oversee the commercial / client relationship side of the company and ensure that we deliver a quality and safe project which meets the customer's satisfaction.
