CDE Investing In Staff Development
Most employees have some weaknesses in their workplace skills. CDE recognise the importance of staff development, to provide them with those skills, to perform at a higher level. That's why we have enrolled numerous members of staff on an ILM Management Course.
David Lewis, Stuart Bain and Alice Russell are progressing on the Level 3 course, whilst Connor Campbell and Scott Collins are enrolled on the Level 5 course.
