Wellington Place CAT B Fit-Out, Leeds
We are delighted to announce the appointment, by Wates, of the electrical CAT B fit-out of 7&8 Wellington Place, Leeds.
Expected for completion in November 2020, the 375,000 sq. ft structure will provide a modern workspace for the HMRC and NHS digital, whilst taking advantage of the view over Wellington Street and the River Aire.
This follows on from our successful completion of the CAT A electrical installation last year.
